These terms govern your use of EverExpanding (“the App”), provided by [Legal business name] (“Ever Expanding”, “we”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use the App

The App is available to invited participants of Ever Expanding programs who are 18 or older. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure.

2. Your content

You own everything you create and upload: your photos, plans, goals and notes. You give us permission to store and process your content only to provide the App to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. AI features

The App uses artificial intelligence to read your handwriting and help you organize and plan. AI can make mistakes. Please review what the App captures before you approve it. Nothing is added to your calendar without your approval. The App supports your planning and is not professional, financial, legal, medical or mental health advice.

4. Calendar connection

If you connect a calendar, you authorize the App to add, update and remove the events you approve. You can disconnect your calendar at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the App. That includes attempting to access other users’ data, interfering with the App’s operation, or uploading unlawful content.

6. Availability

We work to keep the App available and reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or change features over time.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”, and Ever Expanding is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App, including missed or incorrect calendar events.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll notify you of significant changes in the App or by email.
